- Orders that include plant pots, gardening materials, or supplies will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
- All plants are carefully packed and handled to ensure they arrive in healthy and excellent condition.
Plant Quality Assurance
- We guarantee that all plants are dispatched in good health.
- You are encouraged to check the condition of the plants at the time of delivery. If you notice any issues, please contact us immediately for support.
Delivery with Gardener Booking
- If you book a gardener service along with your order for materials, the gardener will bring the materials with them during their scheduled visit. This ensures everything arrives together for your convenience.
Merging Separate Orders
- If you place separate orders—one for gardening materials and another for a gardener booking—you can merge them by contacting our customer care team.
- Simply share the order codes for both purchases via WhatsApp or email, and we will ensure the gardener brings your materials during their visit.
Free Shipping Offer
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹599.
- Orders below ₹599 will include a standard delivery charge, calculated at checkout.
