General Return Policy
- We do not accept returns once an order has been placed and processed, unlessthere is:
- A defect or damage in the product at the time of delivery.
- An error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered).
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and delivering your order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Time Frame:
- Report any damage or issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.
- How to Report:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or error.
Replacement Policy
If your claim is verified and meets the return conditions, we will:
- Offer a return/replacement for the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.
- Arrange for the replacement to be delivered either:
- Along with your scheduled gardener service, or
- Through a separate courier within 3–4 working days.
Important Notes
- Returns or replacements will only be processed for items reported within the defined time frame.
- Plants must be inspected at the time of delivery; if any plant appears unhealthy or damaged, report it immediately to the delivery person and our support team.
- We reserve the right to decline a return or replacement request if the issue is reported after the allowed time or if sufficient evidence is not provided.
